We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to drive the development and success of our innovative web and mobile products. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional user experiences. The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
- 2+ years of professional Product Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field, OR relevant Product Management certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Product Management Certificate)
- Experience with web and mobile product development lifecycles
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes
- Strategic thinking - ability to understand market needs and translate them into product requirements
- Experience with product roadmap planning and prioritization frameworks
- Understanding of user research, analytics tools, and data-driven decision making
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing)
- Working level of English language
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to work independently
- Passion for innovative products and technology
- Comfortable working directly with technical teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation including PRDs, user stories, and feature specifications
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and market research
- Participate in design sessions and technical discussions to provide product insights
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends across various platforms
- Continuously improve product processes and user experience through data analysis and innovation
- Drive product launches and coordinate go-to-market activities with relevant teams
- Work efficiently within project timelines while maintaining focus on product excellence;
